TargetAI implements Unified Video Monitoring System projects in Almaty, Shymkent, the Mangystau, Atyrau, Pavlodar, Zhetysu, West Kazakhstan, and Zhambyl regions, as well as in Burabay Park and Akkol.

An urban platform for monitoring public spaces with video streams transmitted to the Operational Control Centers of law enforcement agencies and situation centers of local government authorities.

The TargetEYE platform is a ready-to-use solution for implementing the Smart City concept approved under the “Digital Kazakhstan” government program. TargetAI’s AI solutions also directly contribute to achieving UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 11, “Sustainable Cities and Communities,” aimed at creating inclusive, safe, resilient, and sustainable urban spaces.

The platform provides a comprehensive approach to public and road safety by analyzing unified video streams from numerous street and traffic surveillance cameras.

The total number of cameras connected to the TargetAI ecosystem exceeds 130,000 devices. Thus, the platform effectively functions as an interagency digital tool within the implementation of the national “Law and Order” concept.

Digital surveillance

The digital surveillance system with facial recognition automatically identifies and tracks people within the monitored area in real time. The solution enables database searches, detection of wanted individuals, access control at facilities, and improved public safety.
